Delete Your Guardian Account
Skulnex users can request deletion of their Skulnex Guardian app account. This page explains how to submit a request, what data may be deleted or retained, and what to expect during processing.

How to submit a request
To request deletion of your Guardian app account, email us at hello@skulnex.com.
Please include the following information:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your school name
- Student name, if relevant to your account
- Reason for deletion, if you would like to provide one (optional)
Identity verification
Skulnex may need to verify your identity before processing an account deletion request. We may contact you using the email or phone number associated with your account to confirm the request.
Because Skulnex works with schools, some student and academic records may be managed by the school and may require school approval or coordination before changes can be made.
What may be deleted
When your account deletion request is approved and processed, Skulnex may delete or disable the following where applicable:
- Guardian login and account access
- Guardian profile and contact details
- Device push notification tokens
- App session and access data
What may be retained
Some information may be retained because it is managed by the school or required for legal, security, or audit purposes. Examples include:
- Student academic records
- Attendance records
- Exam and result records
- School administrative records
- Records required by school policy, law, security, or audit purposes
Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 business days of receiving your request. Processing time may vary if identity verification or school coordination is required.
