By accessing and using EduID Nepal's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including schools, administrators, staff, students, and guardians.

EduID Nepal provides the following services:

• • Smart ID card design and printing services
• • Web-based administrative dashboard
• • Mobile scanning applications for staff
• • Real-time attendance tracking and reporting
• • Guardian notification system
• • Data management and storage services
• • Technical support and training

You may not use our service:

• • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• • To submit false or misleading information
• • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• • To collect or track personal information of others
• • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• • For any obscene or immoral purpose
• • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EduID Nepal and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall EduID Nepal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee specific availability levels
• • Service credits may be provided for extended outages

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
