Skulnex provides tools for schools to manage operations and for guardians to view authorized student and school information. Access is provided for legitimate school-related use only.

You must use the platform and Guardian app only as authorized by your school and in compliance with applicable laws.

Much of the information shown in Skulnex is entered and managed by the school. Skulnex displays that information to authorized users but does not independently verify every record.

Questions about attendance, grades, student details, or other academic records should be directed to your school administration.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and contact information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use Skulnex only for authorized purposes
• Respect the privacy of students and other users
• Report suspected unauthorized access or security issues

Skulnex is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.

You may not:

• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
• Upload malicious code or use the platform for unlawful activity
• Misuse student or school information
• Interfere with other users or the security of Skulnex

Skulnex, including its software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Skulnex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skulnex and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Skulnex for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, if any.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Skulnex after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
